Today the Metropolitan Museum of Art (http://www.metmuseum.org/) is open for Met Holiday Mondays (don't forget it's pay-what-you-wish there all the time), the Museum of the City of New York (http://www.mcny.org/) is open for free today as well, there is a Food Truck Festival at the BKYLN Yard (http://bklynyard.com/mon-may-31st-opening-weekend-parked/), and the and the New York Philharmonic is at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine for a free concert! (http://stjohndivine.org/)!


There's also a Memorial Day party at the South Street Seaport (Fulton) Water Taxi Beach (http://watertaxibeach.com/), and a Dreamland (jazz music) party at the LIC WTB location (http://dreamlandorchestra.com/calendar.php)!
