Rooftop Films Kick-off Event

Doors open at 8 p.m.
Fans of short films won't want to miss this kick-off event for Rooftop Films titled "This is What We Mean by Short Films." Normally I would wait and post this for my Weekend Picks (and it still might make an appearance there) but I've been told by my top-secret sources (alright an email) that the tickets are selling out fast. The night includes music by Cymbals Eat Guitars, screenings of "short films that don’t take long to astonish, amaze and inspire" including an animated short, tales of friendship, and even one about someone being hit by a meteor. Afterward you can check out an open bar after-party at Fontana's.
